It's a crap chart.

Doesn't mean ExB and others can't take some of the dollars away from insiders. Does mean anyone believing MDMN was anything more than a string of failed expectations has had an expensive lesson.

A run to 02 is great for the flippers but the long term delusional believers who bought at much higher prices are still screwed. For them, the chart is CRAP.
