As usual with this company everything is so cryptic, something to say has to be deciphered, most are waiting on an announcement by lbsr, something to say can be anything! So longs don't get your hopes up for something of significance it won't happen learn to read between the lines and you will not be disappointed

Let me get this straight - LBSR is working on a new version of the S-1, and it is not submitted? So that warrants a quiet period?

And the 15 days for the withdrawal for the first version of the S-1 are up, and there was no comment by the SEC, so I assume it is officially withdrawn?

Since when is a quiet period warranted for a S-1 in preparation? I thought it was for the timeframe when a S-1 was being reviewed by the SEC?

Am I missing something here - maybe those more familiar with these matters can weigh in. I have enough troubles with my Acme on-line "Wannabe-Be-A-Geo" classes....

Hi dhowell. There seems to be some confusion about the quiet period. OK< maybe I am the only person confused. From your conversation with Tracy on 12/30 as posted on 112/31, it is correct to say that JB, on the advice of the atty., still considers LBSR in a quiet period? Which means, even though the company is filing necessary SEC documents, JB is holding off on having "something to say" until the quiet period is not just really done, but also most sincerely done*? Thanks for any light you can shed on this.
