also i would like to remind the board that the reason for this delay has been because their lawyer was sick (i think pretty bad shape) .. they must have reasons for not working with another lawyer .. maybe they were expecting a quicker turn around time. i would hope they would start looking into another lawyer to avoid issues like this down the road.
a few thoughts .. by them sticking with this lawyer can be a negative and positive thing. positive could be when they are committed to something or someone, they stick to their commitments and give things a chance before jumping the gun .. would reflect how they are with their checkbook too .. they are probably getting a good rate from this lawyer and/or have a long term relationship with him. this is the colombian way (from what i have learned living down here) .. i have a maid who will let a bowl of leftovers sit in the fridge for weeks because she does not want to throw anything out .. they do not waste anything .. especially money. i think we can all be sure these guys are not selling their stock for peronsal gain at these prices .. i think they would sell only if they had too .. and in this case i am assuming it has been to get this giant off its feet.
