He had an opportunity to settle a claim for less than a dollar. Done deal. Of course, all AICPQ holders would have wished it was for much less money. However, CCC is no longer a claimant and cannot play any future role in AICIQ.
Meyers, the trustee, remains in control of the AICIQ estate. He would be the one in charge of filing a plan or contact person for any interested party wanting to put one together.
