2 Billion order and only 3 million to fund these projects. Why are they not using the line credit from Mercantile Discount Bank to start the projects?

This was the status over a year ago. Have no idea if still the case but could very well be.

2 billion in orders but may have a hard time raising 3 million? That doesnt make any sense. Thats why filings are important .
