Buy out is fully diluted, all shares converted but at that point it doesn't matter it's done. Paying off the loans early is different. It's like a house when you buy a house you pay the full value for the house you don't pay what's owed on the house. Furthermore if you pay your mortgage off early you pay the principal and that months interest. Once the principal and interest are paid, the bank is not allowed to still charge interest on the loan the is already paid, nor does dmrj get to convert shares of a loan that's paid off
