Agreed . UMS is becomming TALK. We are trading our preferred shares for their financials. UMS share holders can redeem them @ 85% of value. TALK has not made any substantial $$ Though UMS is growing big so our cusip is what UMS wants so they can go public. What does Levy have 2 million prefered or more not sure but Trust me UMS Lee is not interested in converting at the PPS we are at now.
