I suspect this is some variation of an available supplement - magnesium threonate - that I've actually been trying for migraines for the last few months. The product was developed at MIT.
Don't know anything about the company, but the supplement does seem to increase magnesium levels in the brain, which standard magnesium supplements can not do well. (Magnesium is one of the standard nutraceutical treatments for migraine, with multiple trials that have had mixed results).
