Danos has been very care full not committing fraud with Supurva and other plays he has managed, although he has come close a few times IMO. Its just usually forward looking misinformation one could suspect is to misleading share holders, but he is covered by disclaimer that is legal.
AND IN PINKIE LAND, SOMETIMES MANAGEMENT DOES THAT JUST TO BUY SOME TIME, OR RAISE SOME MONEY HOPEFULLY FOR THE GOOD OF THE COMPANY.
