Going to sell up to US$150,000,000 worth in shares over the next 25 months meaning that there will be dilution and that the value of current shares will be worth less than now. Nothing immediate and not likely to cause an immediate big drop in share price. IMO it is typical financing for bios.

Good news? There is no way anybody can spin this positively. I liquidated my position at the post R/S bounce to above $10. Watching this on sideline. Geez, I will touch this around end 2016 when phase 3 results around corner...
