and it's not because they are not trying hard enough

For instance, in one major US site, after the January trial start, in the first five months 6 prospect patients had undergone scans and blood work to enroll, obviously showing that the Bavi phase2 result was vouched for and they were initially interested, BUT NONE OF THEM ENROLLED. Now. the way I can attest, once refractory and after a prolonged primary treatment, the lung cancer patient is in most cases not physically and mentally up to treatment any more (or his family might have googled Peregrine and seen all the crap planted by Bavi detractors -- excepting our site's comments of course).

So 90% year-end, SUPER. 100% in February, who cares.
