The Dec.2nd 8K had a small contradiction about the release date of the 2014 10K. One paragraph says due at or around the end of December but another paragraph says December 31st. Actually doesn't make much difference as info is a year late anyways. Info. is stale just like this company.
Plan B.is to phone up Rich Kaiser and ask him. He's the PR guy for this garbage ticker.
