Well, that should have already been done, to determine who was responsible for the FTD's, and force a buy-in. Evidently, some clearing firms, brokerages, and regulators forgot to do that. Shkreli took care of some of that, though. And I'm very happy for those shareholders who benefited due to Anthion's accumulation.
What it IS time for, with the bankruptcy filing, is the production of a list of shareholders, since it is a required filing in a bankruptcy petition. I didn't read the filing yet, so I don't know if that scheduled item is there, or not. But as we saw in the previous 8k, the company did express an interest in determining who the shareholders are.
