probably using DSCR as a shell....it's a lot cheaper to buy (or be given) 100M shares than to file for a new stock symbol...I think the migraine med, if it works, will send this stock MUCH higher....might be time for a R/S, which actually WOULD be in our best interest now (JMHO).
