They all have debt, that is why they go public and NOT to make you rich. You just need to time it properly. You are probably right about it hitting trips...i am thinking 0.0003 to 0.0005. They never did R/S before..don't know if they want to...share structure very small. There is bigger chance they could increase A/S , that could happen any day they want.
