Yes, Theracour will have to be at the table at any negotiations to buy out NNVC. And Theracour will be in the catbird seat -- NNVC will be worth nothing if Theracour doesn't get everything it asks for. And the more Theracour gets, the less NNVC is worth. This is good for NNVC shareholders how? So in my view it is a poison pill for any sort of buy out, hostile or otherwise.
