In some ways I agree.....HOWEVER, most desperate letters, seem so overtly desperate and RAH RAH and over promise

This letter seems matter of fact, a recitation of what they have done and look to do

I see no HYPE in it at all

I also agree with your assessment of the letter. It didn't have a desperate or panicky feel to it, just a recitation of the facts and what they want to accomplish in 2016.
