The shareholder letter said, "pending receipt of final third party analysis." They have no control of that so do not be upset if they fail to file this year. I would suspect they miss the date but do care that the third party analysis is thorough. I just wish Henry did not go on the record so often. You set dates and don't deliver you have to make excuses and credibility gets strained. I hope it gets filed this year but I will not lose sleep over it. The bigger deal is his comment "in early 2016 we anticipate a joint venture partner for X-22." Now that would explode the stock.
