Pretty much sums it up, ditto on the RS being my worst fear as well. Would be a fait a compli really after the pain of holding this for years.

I have not heard many rumors of an R/S. I'm not really sure what they'd gain from that. I also think it would be an ultimately bad outcome.

But, again, I have not heard that often. Which, hopefully, means there are other and more favorable ways for IMSC leadership to restructure the debt.

Glad to hear you support the company on some level. I also have owned IMSC for a number of years. I believe in the products and I've been happy with the many successes. But, we need leadership to follow through on the debt restructuring, no doubt about that.

Why would they do RS?
There's absolutely no reason to do RS. If you are thinking uplisting, you are just dreaming of something that's not gonna happen soon. You uplist when the time is right... meaning there's no chance that your stock price will be clobbered down below $1 (requirement to stay listed). I believe there's also a requirement to have some cash on hand, etc. to uplist.

Price "manipulation" in NOT the issue here. Uplisting won't help.
