He freely issues shares as an individual - but handles the stock and day-to-day affairs of the company as an officer would.
He applies Rodrigo's name to conversion docs (as only an authorized Director could) - but blames the dozens of fraudulent revenue PRs on Jon and Rodrigo.
He dumps shares by the millions, "ravaging" his own stock - then blames the springing of revenues on the "ravaging of the stock."
What is delightfully funny is that Paulie built this scaffold all by himself. Soon he will have to climb it, stick his neck into the rope, and pull the lever.
Figuratively speaking, of course.
