The SEC can be slow most times. Still does not excuse Wright, Foster and everyone else involved in this SCAM that is $CGRA. Sooner or later they will have enough on him to nail him, and perhaps get him on an episode of American Greed. Hell, look how much he is collecting in fees, etc.... and the company makes NOTHING!
$18K revenues last Qtr after all these years of Gold, Silver, Rock, MJ, Dolomite.... should i go on?? And if you think that putting out a Bond document to raise millions $$ for yet another new venture is not material enough to advise the market and the shareholders... think again... The OTC and company laws for ALL public companies are VERY clear.... I will leave it up to all to interpret the facts as you see fit, however i believe unsuspecting investors should be advised of ALL the facts, and the history of $CGRA and its directors...
