Right. It would be impossible to predict the exact rise of the price spike and subsequent sustainability (or not).
I personally think the news of the amount of financing and involvement of the Chinese is too sexy not to spike +.20 but of course I could be wrong.

If we look at the LOI released last year, the PPS spiked to .10 from .007 in a short amount of time. I would have to think that a completed financing package would (at least) spike it .10+ - .20
