It looks like it will take some time before the beta tests starts. REDG probably won't do anything while they are waiting for people to continue to sign up. On Facebook, they said they will stop taking applicants this week (Dec. 26th). They still need to check people eligibility and get them to sign a NDA.

It seems, to me, it will be at least a few weeks before anyone will be able to download/test an app.
