I don't really know how DELMAR was able to transfer majority ownership of CGRW when ARIO owned majority of CGRW? No money or shares were exchanged that I know of, so unless there is a legitimate transfer that can be proven, DELMAR owes ARIO the majority back of CGRW to ARIO?
