I've known that... but 500 million insurance covered by who? Sec filings aren't a sure thing in pinks.

From Russia With Love

I can confirm that research with the slide problems. Verily, King FAA is without any clothes. Another really interested party to all this is not only Lloyds of London and other insurers; as well, you have the really big re-insurance companies who insure the insurance companies! Rest assured they have an eye out for how this is developing with the FAA in their peep sight. I wonder how many hundreds of millions have been paid out due to death and injury claims from the faulty slide program! If it came down to it, and Baltia was to sue, there are all kinds of scenarios... yes, class action too with Lloyds and others joining in... or Big Insurance adds Baltia to their lawsuit against the FAA and DOT. These guys have the super deep pockets that can take on FAA should they choose to go there. FAA legal is watching with knees knocking. This would rattle like a Diamond Back sending shock waves through the industry and beyond. Who knows, Balta playing their cards right could be flying a brand spanking new A380.

No problem, Baltia pass. Now lets go party. Boogey down Baltia. I'm ready for some good Vodka and caviar, followed up with something sweet. Oh Natasha, durn where did she run off to now.
