What a great money-making scheme it would be to set up a hollow-shell pink sheets company and the Directors pay each other and their buddies in paper for useless services, then swap their valueless stock for the stock of a repectable company for transferrable tax losses.
As if the IRS would not be awake to that sort of a scumbag rort!
