I don't know you background experience in these matters, but there are many options for Revolutionary Concepts and EYETALK365 at this point.

The intent of REVO at inception was to be a dividend paying entity. Development of products was an additional option, subject to funding. ..

Now we have more options. ..

Buyout of the patents as a group, or the partial sale of patents. ..

IPO EYETALK365 and buyout shareholders. ..

File the corrected financial statements, using revenue to get us on a higher tier, or another exchange. ..

No limits here, it's about the patents and intent... waiting on REVO to speak.

SEC seems to have them in a corner.
