No reason for sec to be involved. Ti oxide stocks have been hard hit as a group. I've scoured the books and think trox has bottomed. There are no lower expectations than right now.

Also market seems be greatly undervaluing the tax benefits and industry consolidation. Both could provide tremendous upside surprise.

I will be using covered calls to take advantage of this market mismatch to participate in upside potential and limit downside risk.
