Folks I was off by some zeros $1 Million in debt and by UMS records that debt through Acquisition can be a write off and whats left is absorbed. Question: Do you know how much money 1.8 Billion in shares can buy??? No brainer here...$TALK through Merger debt free. S/S will take care of all issues.
