When I did a 10 bagger on IOMG before it became IOM, they were saying patent then to. Some company in France made a Zip disk in violation of patent. Stock still went up anyway. Reason, right product right time. What mattered then is the same thing that matters now. Getting product in retail. My advice cover your shorts. The real danger for shorts is the company making an announcement after market hours and shorts not having the chance to cover. Read the story about a guy who went to fund my cause due to a short squeeze . He woke up to learn he owed his broker a lot of money, more than he had in his account, in six figures. Want to be scared that's what shorts should fear. Kicking a patent around will not save shorts when RXSF announce Retail outlet news.
