What part of everything dealing with MSFT being delayed about 6 months (including revenue ramp up) due to MSFT changing the Azure Fabric in the summer are you missing? You need product to ramp up revs and that is just starting in Jan 2016 due to MSFT change in plans and not due to ANY screwup.

Give it a rest for just a month and if by Feb you have seen no drastic improvement from now go at them with both barrels. I strongly believe we see a whole new ballgame w/ ANY starting Jan.
