you got the cheap part right. There is a reason that this is "cheap" but you are just here to pump the stock, right?
You ignore the announced sales that never happened You ignore the SEC non-compliance you ignore the false patent statements you ignore the false debt reduction statements You ignore the failed stock increase You ignore the fact that the company is broke You ignore that there are SEC complaints against the company
...and yeah, forgetting all those minor inconveniences sure does make it look like a cheap entry point
