Not sure about Q3 15, but prior Resales/Reorders exceeded new sales. I do believe new sales have caught up to reorders.
As far as the shelf life of the two inert powders in the Cartridges that create the instantaneous Medically Pure Oxygen.
I believe the Shelf Life is Two Years, I can check if you like, I speak to CEO Julian regularly.
