It would take 24 BILLION shares to end up with one share after the 3 reverse splits.

24,000,000,000 divided by the first 1:1,000 = 24,000,000

24,000,000 divided by the next 1:2,400 =10,000

10,000 divided by Dec 28 1:10,000 = one share.
