It is Baltia's obligation as a public company to comply with relevant SEC regulations, including Regulation FD as it applies to material disclosures.

When does Baltia plan to file an 8-K on its recent shareholder meeting at which all of this allegedly optimistic disclosure occurred?

"Call Tony" and "look at Facebook" don't cut it, BTW
