FDA staff overloaded with Approvals right now.
And, it holiday and EOY time: translation no 'Emergency' (yet) with food chain. The health problem is with raw food supplies, delivery, employees, customers perhaps gets into or near salads, or kitchen areas not cleaned properly, etc.
My thought is . . . if GBSN tech is so near to production and is having good testing site data feedback . . . why not go and offer 'free' testing to affected food industry? Best cheap PR spend for GBSN. But silence.
Note the company (GBSN) cannot get a PR out to its retail investors.
Why is that? Oh . . . we are working on it (sure, while someone is making $$s shorting GBSN ever day).
Think, how many actual holding retail GBSN investors are left?
GBSN (right now) heading for what?
BK, gong private, new partner coming, buyout, Pink Sheet status, or Stock Freeze (ask your stock broker about Freezes on a stock.
Its a gentle way to pile the remaining retail investors into a -----can, get your stock broker off the hook and make the SEC be 'looking good'!
Next . . . what about the pending Lawsuits?
Someone has stated if we can get the FDA Approval very soon . . . Lawsuits go away as GBSN stock price zooms up. Best hope it happens and we get a real tech buy order from someone.
No one has assured us that GBSN tech is ready to go officially.
Why? Again, we are working to create a PR . . . and one that tells nothing, sings our praises, and does not get us into trouble? Perhaps?
At present . . . this is a bad B Grade movie . . . and the theater doors are what?
If GBSN is so up and revolutionary . . . would not one think an APPL, Goggle or MSFT, the FDA, the Administration desperate to show economies for its AFC Act or even GE . . . would have pushed the shock buzzer and cleared the path for GBSN?
To date . . . GBSN has followed the typical Zombie Menu for the retail investors. Lets hope 2016 is not more of the same.
