Shareholders don't vote R/S and increase A/S to unlimited, issue 1mm shares to CEO. let this bad CEO to step down who is not doing business to increase share value. He only want to make money from shareholders. When he comes to this company as CEO, PPS already down 70% value. He hurt shareholders interest to0 much.
