I'd say Dr. Fisher is extremely credible.

I had to look into this supposed government site after reading your post yesterday. The LSDF was formed via a goverment endowment by Washington state and has since had its funding revoked for 2016-17.

The funds original stated purpose was to invest the funds received from a tobacco settlement in biotechnology companies.

The fund itself nor the website are "goverment" entities. Assuming that the receipt of funds equates association any deeper than fiscal assistance is foolish. That would mean Planned Parenthood, which receives funds from the federal government, is also a government agency. It is not.

While it would seem that human trials would be a necessary part of the De Novo submission process without direct access to transcripts of the conversations between AMIC and the FDA I really can't see how you can confirm or deny their request apart from mere assumption.

Given your regular stated insistence on a 1-3k reverse spilt with no supporting documentation I can only assume based on available evidence you are dealing in hysterics and hyperbole. Since my own investigation into LSDF was the result of a simple Internet search I find most of your statements questionable without further evidence of efforts to confirm sources.

As it stands ADMDs financial continuance is certainly questionable however, as other posters have noted, biotechnology stocks generally remain in relatively dire financial straits prior to FDA approval due to their need to finance R&D with no profit generating product to speak of.

There are inherent risks in any investment but the continued gloom and doom prognosticators on this board have repeatedly failed to accurately predict the company's demise. If you are uncomfortable with the risk there are a plethora of other biotech stocks in which to invest.
