They both should be in jail, imo. But that's for the courts and the SEC to decide. We can only send the material evidence in to be seen. It worked, though it took a few years and some of my money to put JN down (along with others) but it was worth the time and worth the money. He is now a confessed criminal. Something most of us knew long before he admitted it in court.
