I agree with you.
If there is no increased offer by a few days prior to Jan. 21, I am going to sell each and every one of my remaining shares into the open market.
If someone comes around right away with a better offer, so be it-imo the chances are a lot better that if Astellas pulls out, the deal will fall through and send the stock price crashing quickly where it will remain until/if someone else comes around.
I like to speculate at times but not when big money is involved(big money by my standards that is).
ps If someone has a book they want to loan me about how to win at Russian Roulette, I might reconsider. lol

It seems that with each day as we get closer to jan.21, in the absence of a higher tender, friendly or unfriendly, the bias will be to see a continual declining share price.

Then, one of the intriguing questions might be, are there some entities out there collectively aggressively absorbing all the shares, or for all intent and purposes is any Ocata tender game over?

If it ever gets to this point, one of the key questions will be how thorough and truly diligent have the Board and Wotton been in meeting their fiduciary responsibilities in getting the best value for shareholders when selling Ocata?
Then we're in an unknown overtime game.
