You're Right, RXSF did not use "REAL" numbers they used "VERY CONSERVATIVE" numbers only drawing 0.18% or $150,000,000 or 3 Years from a $85 BILLION market. In my opinion and mines the only one that matters here today because the market has spoke being almost 400%, RXSF should see a minimum 1-2% which is $850,000,000 to $1,700,000,000 ...so you are right they didn't use REAL numbers.
