Anyone can literally open a corporation within an hours time and by paying the filing fee. I would like to see verification directly from Cutler Law Group that NERG is a bonafide client of OUR "NuTech Energy Resources" not the OTHER one. And confirmation it's working to up-list NERG to the NASDQ this spring. Should be easy right? I'm still waiting for a response from them. Perhaps now is a good time for other investors to contact them and verify... cutlerlaw.com
