James Lockhart then acting officer confirmed in writing Fannie and Freddie were adequately capitalized also.

Furthermore, Fannie and Freddie had an available Line of Credit to use but were denied the use of it by the powers that be.

The bailout was never needed and their is enormous amounts of proof.
