Nope not saying that at all. I'm sure there are some short shares, but the short report is a complete myth. They reported 2.3M short VGTL one time on a Tuesday and the volume didn't even exceed 750k over the following 3 sessions. So when we're the other 1.4M covered? They weren't. The numbers are made up, I don't expect a mass short cover here at all based on that short report. Just something otc traders like to get excited about and use to entice buying. And that's coming from someone with a ton of RXSF right now :)
When there is too much upward pressure on the stock, they throw relief valves into it by hitting the bids to slow the rise. If it rises too quickly on substantial volume, they make a choice to cover, and at least here, there isn't much stock to use to cover.
