Be wary

When a consolidation takes place the value of each shareholding invariably dives below what it was before hand. Probably because everyone knows it is a signal of desperate measures being taken to make the SP look more attractive.

It doesn't add any value to the market cap.

You've still got to be wondering why the market cap of an assetless POS like this is still so high??? It should be a negative figure in reality.

While some like to speculate and create false suspicion,
others actually do their homework and contact the company to find out what's going on.
Talks with FLPC reveal NO reverse split is being considered.

Either believe in FLPC or not.
Invest, or not.

Also, perhaps this is how they do it overseas, but here in the United States,
there are clear indicators when a reverse split is taking place and notification in a number of ways.
Nobody is getting "fooled" into thinking their investment just went up a 1000% percent for no reason,
or some material event just sent a stock soaring much higher.

What FLPC may or may not do is just conjecture until FLPC puts out a pr or updates their website.
Smart investors can make their own decisions and will not be led by those who lost quid in a completely different investment.
