I guess if I followed that rule of thought, I wouldn't have made a fortune off of Sirius (SIRI) I bought 250,000 shares in mid 2008 after it was trading -85% for the year. Keep in mind, this is a small cap stock and institutional investors are now getting onto the project. Lind did not provide the financing if they don't see the value.
