If you looked hard enough, you would know that Vic had to go to court against his accountants over payment & services rendered. So thats one reason why he hasn't filed.
I'm sure the fins are a mess and, imo, maybe 6 more months till he files again, unless he's hired someone else recently but hasn't submitted them. Go svfc
