Smokers using the higher nicotine content cigs could possibly lower the actual amount of cigs smoked. I gave my tenants who are college age red sun. The one kid told me they were harsh and he only smoked that one cig all day.

If recall there was a study that was done that showed the higher nicotine cigs resulted in less cud smoked.
