Its all really guessing. Some people just buy 100 of each just in case or something like that. Ive been looking at them so long I just sort of have hunches.
If you see ones that are 3-10 mil OS and low floats a lot of times they will do one. sometimes u can see it on the SOS first. So right now trading there are about 10 that might do it.
They used to do it bc they knew it attracted a lot of buyers but things go slow so even those buyers stock looking or buying. it could make a comeback though. i like to get a little of each just in case.
If they did a RS to get it to a low OS then they most likely wont. If its Chinese they prob wont. If its CAN they might do a small one and their OSs are usually med size anyways.
