I was asking Paul before how long does it take usually to put a deal together and he said usually it takes around 4 to 6 months sometimes earlier and sometimes years depending on alot of different things like different personalities and stuff like that but I don't know how long they have been in discussions but it seems like a while ago when they have said they're talking to a few dozen companies
